In all these matters, workers" compensation system has exclusive and final jurisdiction. Injured worker will receive payment while off work and will have all medical bills paid if injury happened at work or because of work. Injured worker will receive a pension if the disability becomes permanent. Injured worker will receive benefit if he can"t earn the same amount of money as before.
