Resources: human, fiscal, and technical assets available to plan, implement and evaluate a program. Depends on scope, nature, budget of program. Planners have to secure the financial resources for a program, but often people/organizations volunteer resources. What equipment is needed to plan the program? (ex. office equipment (computers, copy machines), tables and chairs, instructional equipment (computer, projector), exercise equipment, etc. ) Focus on the tasks that need to be completed by the program personnel, not trying to identify all the individuals necessary t o succeed (often the same person will be responsible for several components). Conducting the program (including accommodating for different languages, disabilities) Making arrangements for space and program materials. Keeping records (for program sign-ups, collection of fees, attendance, budgeting) In worksite hp programs, usually ask the employees to participate partially on own time and partially on company time to promote.
