If stars in every galaxy radiated energy (heat and light) for infinite time, Universe would heat up to their temperatures also there would be no darkness of night: observation of existence of night disproves hypothesis. Time and space now had finite beginning: evidence for big bang theory. Three pillars of proof : recession of stars/galaxies hubble"s law, characteristics of cosmic microwave background radiation, abundance of light elements.
