Work efficiencies refers to the alignment of the tasks required to support the design, development, marketing, distribution, and sale of an organization"s products/services in the most efficient and effective manner possible. Departmentalizatio n refers to the process of dividing the organization"s work units into defined functional areas. The success of many businesses lies with the specialized skills that exist within its labour force. Risk allowance refers to the degree of entrepreneurship that is embedded into the organization. Control protocol refers to the rigidity or flexibility associated with the application of, and adherence to, rules, policies, and procedures within the organization.
