An ideology in which other groups are judged by the standards of one"s own. Religion can be a source of ideology that advocates a certain world view and that has been linked to conflicts. Religion is rarely the only factor that leads to wars between states. The conflict between communist and capitalist ideologies became the key source of violence throughout the world.
