Electromagnetic radiation that does not have energies great enough to turn matter into ions. Made up of photos - bundles of electromagnetic energy that travel at the speed of light. Includes extremely low frequency radiation, microwave frequency, radio frequency infrared radiation, visible light radiation, and ultraviolet radiation.
