Sexual exploitation worst effect of patriarchy because its goal: gain social control of women. Critiqued patriarchy in religion, medicine higher education, environment and cultural production. Lesbian feminism: sexual violence and exploit are a common downside of romantic heterosexual love because its oppressive to women. Psychoanalytic feminism provide psychology theory of why men oppress women.
