Deeming that climate change as an international problem, it furthers the arising conflict of which country is to take responsibility for the most emission into the atmosphere. Additionally the decisions regarding the issue of ghg lays within the hands of the governments. Argument 2 made in support of thesis (1-2 sentences not necessary for all readings) Co2 emission results from human causes in many forms outside of the government"s sphere. Summary of evidence supporting argument 1 (1-2 sentences) The government has strong influences on the decisions regarding emission. Governments as a whole should collaborate in creating an ideal plan for reducing ghg. Summary of evidence supporting argument 2 (1-2 sentences) The use of energy is exclusive for a functioning society and also for achieving economic growth.
