For anonymous works, it is 75 years from publication or 100 years from creation (whichever expires first) Sonny bono copyright term extension act (ctea)- in 1998, copyright was extended by 20 years for years copyrighted after january 1, 1923. = one who commissions a work is deemed its author and owner of all rights, including copyright, worldwide, for the duration of the term.
