The primary outcome for this chapter is to determine under what conditions are required for companies to become authoritative in nature in order to take political action. They emphasize the bourgeoisie political life towards unveiling the continuing normative. The bourgeois sphere, the public and practical reason was institutionalized through reasoned discourse, arguments and not the traditions may the decisions on the following: objective knowledge, moral practical insight, aesthetic judgement. This is the rationality on basing judgement on reason. Goal: show internal tensions and factors that led to transformation and partial degeneration. Truth and emancipatory potential in contrast to its ideology and the contradictions. Public sphere as a democracy depends on the quality of the discourse and the quantity of participation. Composed of narrow segments of the population. Its expansion is to include greater quality regarding the discourse but we cannot progress in society by going backwards toward an elite public sphere.
