Strongly influenced by culture in which one was raised. Scholars disagree about how to categorize some nations and have not studied some regions. Not every member of cultural group will responds the same way. Political and cultural boundaries are not always identical. Westerners have developed most of cultural category systems and may have overlooked values that are important to non-western societies.
