Intra-familial child molester someone who sexually abuses his or her own biological children or children for whom he or she assumes a parental role, such as a stepfather or live-in boyfriend. Incest offenders someone who sexually abuses his or her own biological children or children for whom he or she assumes a parental role, such as a stepfather or live-in boyfriend.
