The sedentary lifestyle (watching lots of tv and snacking) Social factors (family- what and how much they eat) Psychology and weight loss (having a posiive outlook on themselves) Health and wealth increase together (health problems are magniied by stress) Social contagion: the oten subtle, unintenional spreading of a behaviour as a result of social interacions. Stress: a psychological and physiological reacion that occurs when perceived demands exceed exising resources to meet those demands. Efect of stressors can be both posiive and negaive.
