Anal (18-36 months) learning to control one"s anus during toilet training. X = concern with either obsessive cleanliness or extreme messiness. X= over or under indulgence of sexual behaviour and issues regarding sexual identity. Genital (puberty to adulthood) has direct sexual urges toward people of opposite sex conflict-free.
