Then test sys, and use results of pilot test to fix glitches. After all above steps, can launch sys w/ confidence. But need to monitor & evaluate sys on ongoing basis. More & better knowledge of pm sys leads to greater employee acceptance & satisfaction. Just b/c the communication plan is made avail, does not mean it will necessarily be successful due to cognitive biases. Selective exposure = tendency to expose minds only to ideas with which one already agrees.
