Organizaional culture: the values and assumpions shared within an organizaion. What is (un)important in the company and directs everyone in the org the right way. Values: stable, evaluaive beliefs that guide our preferences for outcomes or courses of acion in variety of situaions. Conscious percepions about what is right or wrong. Shared values: values that people within the org or work unit have in common and place near the top in their hierarchy of values. Shared assumpions: nonconscious, taken-for-granted percepions or ideal prototypes of behaviours that are considered correct way to think and act towards problems and opportuniies. Espoused: values that they want others to believe guide the org"s decisions and acions. Enacted: values that most leaders and employees truly rely on to guide their decisions and behaviour. Values-in-use by watching execs and employees in acion with their decisions. Experimening, opp seeking, risk taking, few rules, low cauiousness.
