Indirect thought process view outcome, performance and process goals influence behaviour indirectly by affecting important psychological factors such as confidence and anxiety. Group goals refer to the attainment of specific standards of group proficiency. Smarts goals specific, measurable, action oriented, realistic, timely and self determined.
