The four d model of appreciative inquiry: discovery: identify the positive elements of the observed events or organization, dreaming : envision what might be, designing: form a collect module for thinking with in the team, what should be, delivering what will be. These approach only works if people are able to let go of the negative. Future search: an organizational change strategy that consists of system wide group sessions usually lasting a few days, in which participants identify trends and identify ways to adapt to those changes.
