For example, someone in sales who is constantly travelling may prefer a large smartphone with lots of storage and the ability to store documents. Other employees may feel that they need a simple smartphone with basic features. When everyone has their own smartphone at work, they are able to customize their smartphone to their liking and still get their work done. This may motivate the employees to be more productive.
