Chapter 3 positive psych reading: classifications and measures of strengths and. Strengths = capacity for feeling, thinking and behaving in a way that allows optimal functioning in the pursuit of valued outcomes. Gallup clifton- considered success to be related with personal traits, strengths and analytical intelligence. Those strong in the woo theme had the highest internal consistency. Those high in individualization, input and relator had the lowest scores on internal consistency. This is done through the clifton strengthsfinder test. It is available in 17 languages and is modifiable for those with disabilities. Must have 10th grade reading level to take it. Can help individuals develop strengths but not made for mental health screaning. It is also not sensitive to change and should not be used as a pre-post growth measurer.
