Age can be understood as something accomplished or performed (cid:498)gender, as well as class, race, and age, are things we (individually and collectively) work at making structures(cid:499) (pg 505-506) Bodies highly personal and resources used to accomplish a persons own age and age in general. Like age, embodiment can be accomplished as a result of ongoing social and collective work. Act on our bodies and react to them.
