Improvisation: ability to change to inc survival when there is a change in the environment. Natural selection and mutations are ex. of improvisation: compartmentalization: ability to isolate itself from the environment. To carry out the program, there must be compartmentalization allowing for suitable conditions: energy: needed to replicate order in chaos.
