Anxiety sensitivity: the belief that symptoms of anxiety have harmful consequences: these people are more likely to have more, frequent, or develop panic attacks. Significantly elevated in panic disorders in all other disorders, except ptsd. Interoceptive awareness: a heightened awareness of bodily cues that a panic attack may soon happen.
