Organizing: includes designing the structure of the organization and creating conditions and systems in which everyone/everything works together to achieve. Vision: encompassing explanation of why the organization exists and where it"s. All 4 functions: planning, organization, leading and controlling. Controlling: involves establishing clear standards to determine whether or not an organization is progressing towards its goals/objectives; rewarding people for trying to head: gives the organization a sense of purpose. Is a foundation for setting goals, and selecting/motivating employees.
