Given information

Structure of amino acids i.e. aspartic acid is given .

Step-by-step explanation

Step 1.

Structure of amino acid i.e. aspartic acid.

On the basis of given structure, the geometry and hybridization on the atom of the molecule is as follows:

When the central atom of the molecule has four groups, it is  hybridized and has tetrahedral geometry.

When the central atom of the molecule has three groups, it is  hybridized and has trigonal geometry. If a lone pair is present then it is bent in shape.

When the central atom of the molecule has two groups, it is   hybridized and has linear geometry.
