Let us draw the lewis structure by distributing these electrons in this structure.

Each nitrogen atom forms a single bond with one hydrogen atom and nitrogen atom forms a double bond with the other nitrogen atom and thus complete its octet.

Each nitrogen atom has three electron domains around it.Hence it has a trigonal planar electron geometry. 

And so the hybridization of nitrogen atoms in this molecule is  hybridization.
