The tabulated data given in question shows concentration of  versus time for the reaction.

1) To find order of reaction , make a table calculate both   and , where represents concentration of reactants .

2) After calculating subtract each successive number from preceding number . 

3) After finding these values look for which value whether concentration , or  have nearby values. Nearby values shows a linear graph and thus that will be the order of reaction . 

4 ) if it is then reaction will be of second order , it it is  then reaction is of first order . 

5 ) on solving the above data , values have almost nearby numbers , and hence show  a linear graph , thus the reaction is of first order reaction .

6 )  order of reaction can also be evaluated by plotting a graph and the values which gives the most linear graph will define the order of reaction.

So, the above data follows first order reaction.
