I guess I didn't completely understand this lab, sorry. But here'sthe three critical thinking questions that I'm unable tosolve:
A) Explain what affect if any, each of the following would have onthe purity or yield of the crystals produced in a recrystallizationprocess: if the solution does not form crystals immediately, butafter sitting overnight the liquid has completely evaporated toleave solid.
B) If compound A is soluble in water and ethanol at roomtemperature and is insoluble in dichloromethane, petroleum etherand toluene at all temperatures describe how you wouldrecrystallize an impure sample of A if you only had these fivesolvents available to you.
C) How much solvent should be used to recrystallize 1.0g of anunknown sample?
