THIS IS A CPA QUESTION--there was NO "Tax" subject to selectunder business.
I have googled this to no avail--but was curious that if someonequalifies for a deduction or credit from a claim of right section1341 repayment over $3000 but they are retired in the year thatthey made the repayment and living off of savings with no income toreport can they still file a return and receive the credit? Is it arefundable credit?
