How much POWER [in MWth] can be extracted from a PWR with the geometry and operating conditions of Appendix K and a cosine radial power distribution if:
1. The coolant exit temperature is to remain subcooled.
2. The maximum clad temperature is to remain below saturation conditions.
3. The fuel maximum temperature is to remain below the melting temperature of 2400°C (ignore sintering effects).
