Mention four attributes that you believe would serve you well in the role: a dozen years of experience in the industry, an engineering degree that helps you understand the technologies involved in product design, a consistent record of excellent or exceptional ratings in annual employee evaluations, and the three years you spent working in the company’s customer support group, which gave working in the company’s customer support group, which gave you a firsthand look at customer satisfaction and quality issues.
