HCl is a strong acid, and CH3COOH is a weak acid. During a reaction with a strong base, the weak acid is forced to completely dissociate (there is no weak acid molecule left intact at the equivalence point). Since it completely dissociates,  the accepted value for the ∆Hrxn for CH3COOH is about 1.9 kJ/mol less than for the HCl. Explain why this is so.
