 A parking lot has a fixed rate which is as follows: for the first hour or fraction is charged $ .95, and for each hour or additional fraction is charged $ 0.50. 
 1. Build the function by pieces that determines the amount of money to collect for the hours or fraction of having used the parking lot. 2. How much money do you charge a person who parks for two hours and fifteen minutes? 3. Construct the graph of the function obtained in the first part part.
