Positive feedback mechanism- body"s response does not stop or reverse the stimulus, but instead keeps the sequence of events going: vertebral canal/spinal cavity- spinal. Ventral cavity- separated by diaphragm: thoracic cavity- lungs & heart. Pleural membranes line the chest wall & cover feedback mechanism- body"s response.
