He thinks the market should take care of it: the market is the only system that does not rely on oppression (force or fraud, government does more harm than good. Definition of free market: private property, unilateral control (sole rights, consent required (to do anything with property, ask owner) Limited by (property?) rights of others: absence of central control, absence of force and fraud (entering transaction is free, effectively enforced (by whom?) Do evil to none: especially not to bring about other good ends. Do good where it will really help: when paid for at a mutually agreeable price, when genuinely motivated by good will. Nobody as anything done to them that they don"t like. Nobody is forced to do something they don"t want to do. Overall wealth is increased in the long run which opens more valuable opportunities for.
