O ce hours: tue 1:00 pm - 2:00 pm in 6232v south hall, fri 3:00 pm - 5:00 pm in the math lab at 1607. Integral calculus including de nite and inde nite integrals, techniques of integration, with applications in mathematics and physics. Prerequisite: mathematics 3a with a minimum grade of c. Recommended preparation: students with advanced placement credit should contact the department. Enrollment comments: students who have completed math 34b will only receive 2 units for math 3b. Not open for credit to students who have completed math 2b or 3bs or have passed the ap calculus bc exam.
