A strength occurs when the goal percentage was equaled or exceeded. A needs improvement occurs when the goal percentage was not equaled. This portion of the project is worth 12 points and demonstrates our students" abilities to create charts. Address/target students in 3rd grade, 7th grade, and 11th grade. Identify exercises, or physical activities or instructional ideas/strategies for each fitnessgram test item, that you would consider implementing in order to help students to maintain the hfz and/or turn the needs improvement to strengths . Exercises, physical activities, instructional strategies to maintain the "strengths" and to improve the "needs improvement" must be specific and described in detail.
