Global change is always the goal, but you have to capture the change in your community change beforehand. Some don"t use good business ethics for reasons of personal gain or greed. People can compromise because of loss, but that is not justifiable and right for the customers: "people understand if it"s an ethical environment right away. " I"m afraid i can"t agree with this statement because you are looking from the outside in the company, making it harder to see.
