Media obstacles: violence against journalist, authoritarian laws and take a while to change, great concentration of ownership (oligarchic) Print media is in decline in us (prospering in latin america) Pinochet coup in chile (cid:894)ele(cid:272)ted so(cid:272)ialist leader i(cid:374) (cid:1005)(cid:1013)(cid:1011)(cid:1004)"s) feared as socialism settling.
