Feminism is for everyone (bell hooks), a day without feminism (awm text) and we. There are still things socially enforced that are no longer institutionally enforced. Example: men get addressed to pay the bill at a restaurant but not a woman or men get greeted first when walking into a computer store before the woman. Meaning that we are not living in a post-feminist era because some things have not changed. For men and women who take away the definition of gender because they know we are all affected, not just women. Feminism isn"t a lifestyle choice/ it isn"t a relative thing. The question people are asking now within the feminist movement is, how do we come to the choices we make when we do something that is feminist . Thinks that feminism need to have criteria to get in and structure as to how the movement functions. Ex: you can"t be pro-life and be a feminist.
