Lowest(Reserve)-people that are unemployed. !
White=Northside. However are exceptions to all. !
Disproportionately black and brown clustered on sides (disproportionally poor and middle
class)!

Also hyper-segregation of black poor-not talked about as much but very pronounced in Chi. !

Black poverty reduced (cut in half) from 1960-went from 1/2 to 1/4!
Underclass culture=black poverty due to gang culture, intense consumerism of reign of nike,
and Ghetto trance (celebrate rejection of all things white culture). NOT TRUE!!
More insecure as group (Economically insecure)-even when black made to higher sector still
face this instability/insecurity. !
New proletariat-new working class. Illusion of urban high class lifestyle (eating at restaurants
every night,) but in reality this involves much more struggle, and much more job instability/
insecurity. !
