with that $ $ $ $ sort of thing should be the frontline first responders in
these sort of crises and $ $ $ $ police last resort)!
Mass demonstrations not enough… mistake for actual power… power from organizations,
power for sustaining people for a substantial amount of time. Need long standing change in
power. !
Need a different sort of politics… not just social media. !
**But needs to be done at the local level.

Harvey-this city belongs to us. All of us are producing the value that is the city AND since we
take part in reproduction of city as an organism, we should have some say in what it looks like!
Even if not through money contribute to the social aspect, through things doing on a day to
day basis - social media, popularizing what Chicago is,
Should we have some say in how the collective effort is used? Trying to push us in a more
radical democratic direction!
