Blood drawn every 30 minutes after they drink to tell a physician if a person has diabetes. Weight loss with nausea, tiring, weakness, or irritability. Overall risk for death among people with diabetes is about twice that of people of similar age but without diabetes. Child"s immune system attacks the cells of the pancreas that synthesize insulin (beta cells): autoimmune disease.
