Starting week of 1/30, we will only meet on monday and wednesday. We all have experiences living in some type of housing. Hold great financial value and meaning in our society. An important part of the individual household budgets and u. s. economy. Can be a house, geographic area or both. Shelter is considered a basic commodity that all people need for survival. Housing needs describe the role that shelter can play in the life of a person to assure survival and, perhaps, to thrive as a human being. Needs can be ranked in order of their importance. Primary needs are physical in nature & have priority. Secondary needs are largely psychological or social important for quality of life. 2015 average sq. ft. = 2,687 (largest ever)
