Society is separated by many things (politics, age, wealth) Groups have social networks- (the nortons- italian family) Groups and urban geography- head shops, hipster stuff, ethnic groups, leisure. Social worlds- we"re all part of a larger culture, but there are subcultures that we are a part of. Howard becker- famous sociologist, studied a lot of art.
