The process of capturing moving images on film, or a digital storage device. The dp is the primary person responsible for transforming the other aspects of moviemaking into moving images. The dp makes very specific decisions about the movie will be photographed. The dp translates the director"s visions into realities. Take; the number of times a particular shot is taken. Setup; one camera position and everything associated with it. Lens; the little piece of glass that captures the image. Short-focal-length (wide-angle lens); it gives you a lot of crisps details, it wraps the image around you. Long-focal-length (telephoto lens); it captures far away detail and brings it closer, but it also flattens the image, the background will become fuzzy/blur.
