Citation format: mane of code + *symbol thingy* section number. Annotated version of the code- best. contain references to other sources that discuss the code language and also notes of decisions. Usually the codes have elements that must be broken out and satisfied in order for the code to apply. Outline the language and breakdown into the elements. Capitalize/bold all connectors (and/or) and modifiers (shall, may, except, unless, pro- vided that) Ex: if two or more persons conspire: (3) falsely to move or maintain any suit, action, or preceding.
