According to bayat capitalism is mass production for faraway markets and investment in machinery to increase profits. Neo-liberalism is a stage of capitalism where a lot of products are sold abroad . A consequence is that this process takes far fewer people (in the countryside to produce food) and leads to rapid urbanization . Pullback of government and elimination of tariff walls and expenditures. The neoliberal city is circled by the wealthy with their gated communities. The center is filled with the impoverished left without services they"re so crowded that their daily activities are moved outdoors.
