Playing with imagination and possibilities, leading to new and meaningful connections and outcomes while interacting with ideas, people and the environment . The creative process: preparation - structure the problem, collect all available information, understand relations and effects, solve subproblems, and explore all possible solutions and combinations that may lead to a satisfactory solution, frustration and incubation. Inspiration and illumination - a possible solution may come as spontaneous insight: verification - solution must be tested and evaluated to assure that it is a satisfactory solution. Logical, and conscious mind that analyzes, compares, and chooses. An imaginative, creative, subconscious mind that visualizes, foresees, and generates ideas from stored knowledge and experience. 8-12 people meeting for < 60 min to list 50+ ideas on a whiteboard/chalkboard/etc. Ask how ideas can be combined and improved.
