They must also place the tray on the table in such a way that the patient can reach it, and ask if they need assistance in opening food or what not. Meal times are between 6:30 am and 6:30 pm. Patients may start calling at 6:30 am but the first trays will not go out until 7:30 am. Breakfast lasts from 7:30 am to 11:30 am. Lunch is then from 11:30 am to 3:30 pm and dinner is from 3:30 pm to 6:30 pm.
